The Afdent Center for Family Dentistry was completed in 2002 as the culmination of a decade-long planning and design process by Dr. Roger Pecina. After years of serving and listening to Michiana patients, Dr. Pecina knew what people wanted in a dental facility, and aimed to deliver.

When it's time for the appointment to start, patients are welcomed by an "ambassador" of sorts - Afdent's "New Patient Coordinator" - who will answer questions and help you with your initial paperwork.

The treatment rooms are comfortable to patients and care providers alike, providing an environment conducive to quality. Flat screen televisions are available for patient information, as well as entertainment. All chairs, equipment, and dental technology are among the latest and best available.

The spacious facility is part of a campus-like setting, where Afdent also maintains its own on-site dental laboratory. This provides patients with custom fitted dentures, partials, crowns, and other items.
